ALCOATS was started in 1999 by Mr. Bapu Ramesh. ALCOATS first started with hard anodizing process and then added all types of anodizing to the scope. Unit 2 (Koorgahalli Industrial Area) was started in 2013 for sole purpose to serve to Aerospace and Defense sectors. ALCOATS secured certification of AS9100 in 2013 and NADCAP in 2015. ALCOATS is currently in Merit cycle with NADCAP certification. ALCOATS has completed many prestigious projects collaborating with major OEM’s like ISRO, VSSC, Lockheed Martin, Honeywell, SAFRAN, RAFAEL, EATON, Elbit, IAI,Thales Parker, DRDO And BDL .

ALCOATS specializes in aluminium anodizing, chemical conversion, passivation of stainless steel and painting. These surface treatments enhance corrosion resistance and durability for metal components.

Scope of ALCOATS

ANODIZING

Anodizing is the process of electro-chemically controlling and enhancing the oxidation of aluminium substrate.
All the mentioned processes are AS9100D and NADCAP approved.

CHEMICAL CONVERSION

This coating process applies chromate to the metal substrate, creating a surface that is corrosion resistant, durable, and exhibits stable electrical conductivity.
All the mentioned processes are AS9100D and NADCAP approved.

PASSIVATION

Stainless Steel Passivation forms an invisible, passive, chemically inactive, corrosion resistant layer on the surface.
All the mentioned processes are AS9100D and NADCAP approved.

TESTING

Testing service provides an additional layer of protection to the parts.

PAINTING

Painting provides an extra layer of protection to the parts.
